NPC Preferences Guide

Adds information about NPC biome and relationship preferences into their dialogue when interacting with them.

I just thought of making this so you wont have to constantly look in the wiki for NPC preferences

The preference block is appended before every single NPC's interaction quote/dialogue. Every NPC has multiple dialogues that they can use when interacted with, only differing depending on certain circumstances. Note that I may have missed a handful of NPC quote/dialogues.
