L4D Corpse Models Fixed

Description
The models for the corpses were broken and missing physics for parts of their models, Specifically the hands making them too stiff and unposeable. Turns out they used the broken lods that were the same model and size but missing half the bones, So I fixed it by removing the useless lods fixing the model and removing a lot of unneeded size that the original model had! :)
