Compact Flyball Governor

Description
This is a compact flyball governor. One shaft is connected in line with your rotation, the other shaft supplies a static torque relative to the speed of the input shaft.

This is useful for converting RPM to Torque, or RPM to Displacement.

A Spring Damper System in the center of the governor can be computed and modeled to create a feedback PID for your control systems.
