This lacks proper textures and skingroup to be paintable, not mentioning how much of a pain in the ass this would be considering the baked in hair glossiness

The shading is a part of the texture image and not a shader parameter. So in order to change it, you would need to remake or heavily edit the texture.

Here's a bit of feedback, the attempt at cel-shading/anime style doesn't really work here because it clashes with Femscout, would be way better if it was in the style of the other femscout hair cosmetics. Still, good work.
