Mutations as True Kin

Description
Bug that broke buying mutations is fixed.

This mod introduces new features to True Kin:
- Can choose mutations at character creation
- Gain MP on level up
- Can buy mutations
- Eater's Nectar gives additional +1 MP
- Skulk Injector gives Burrowing Claws
- Glimmer of Truth achievement disabled.

Some of these changes will individually disable themselves if they detect mod conflicts. However, being able to have mutations will always work.

The intention of this mod is to modify base game files and logic. Therefore, incompatibility is expected with any other mod that tries to modify the same features, and is a trade-off of this mod's scope.

fyi, you're less likely to run into problems later if your xml files only specify what's different. there's no need to copy over the original values such as the tile, attributes, descriptions, etc.
