Uralskie Pelmeni Intro

This is a very small but funny mod that replaces the launch splash screen in "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+" with the splash screen from the Russian comedy show "Uralskie Pelmeni" (The screensaver is taken from a 2021 creation, which is not tied to any specific theme). Just to clarify, the mod was created mainly for laughs and doesn't serve any real practical purpose. I really needed a decent-quality mod like this with a similar vibe, so I went ahead and made this genius little thing myself.
