Spiritfire (Flamesoul skin alt)

Description
A simple recolor of the flamesoul helix skin... also changes the hair overrides to have a blue glow + allows the hair to remain the player specified color. Note that this will apply to all flamesoul skins, not just the recolor. If you would like to remove the change to hair overrides, find and delete the "fire.json" file inside of the mod folders.
Doesn't affect the color of fire on tiles because I didn't want to try to figure that out lol
