VAP - Nomad Cape Skeleton Shirt Patch

Loved the Vanilla Aesthetic Patch for the Nomad Cape. Just wanted to add Skeletons to the shirt slot shawl fun. Out of all the shirt slot items, it would be the only kind that would fit a Skeleton frame. Makes Skeletons able to equip shirt slot, but exclusivley for the Animal Skin Shawl, Cloth Shawl, and Dust Leather Shawl. (I did not account for other mods that add more shirts, so skeletons would likely be able to equip those)

Needs: Armor; Nomad Cape, and Vanilla Aethetic Patch - Nomad Cape to work
