Upsy-Daisy Vampirey Healy Power

Description
Makes a few small tweaks to improve the game significantly. The Coagulate ability for sanguophages (and the gene that grants it) is now called Upsy-Daisy Vampirey Healy Power, Healing Enhancers are now Coagulators, and Coagulators are now Upsy-Daisy Vampirey Healy Implants. Everything is done using patch operations rather than any def-overwrites, so it should work for every version of the game even if the version number isn't updated. Royalty is required for the implant "fixes" and Biotech is required for the sanguophage fix.

@Latex Santa The initial rant was in an episode of Mr Samuel Streamer's Biotech series, but it became a bit of a running joke that he referenced later on. In his The Hive series he actually had a mod similar to this and joked about swapping Coagulator and Healing Enhancers which was part of where I got the idea for this.

@worm It's so funny I had to make this, I only saw the video with the coagulate rant a few weeks ago and I was laughing for ages.
