Nerd Update: Gave Everyone Glasses: All now have item 20/20 to shoot double Tears

Azazel Update: Gave Azazel items which are: Brimstone, Jacob’s Ladder, Spoon Bender & Birthright

Tears Update: Made Characters have red, blue and black tears respective of their main hearts using items

Joker Update: Adder joker card to everyone without a card

Isaac Re-skin Update: make Isaac look different using items (A dark version of Isaac) And given him a trail.. He Also Has the ability that after every boss theirs either a devil or angel room!!

The Lost Update: Made The Lost A Heap better since I can't tell if his extra hearts worked.. Given him Shooting Buddies!!

Edited the Lost Update.. removed Greed Morph..

The Souls Update: Made the color of tears range more along with the hearts to match to make the game have more veriety (Red = Normal Run, Black = Evil Run, Blue= Good Run)

The Magdalene Update: Added an item that drops hearts every now and then..

Makes Everyone Have Full hearts but depending what their original health was they get 6 hearts of that type, and 3 of each of the other type... And gives characters more items to start with (WIP) each character will be slightly different..

And Unlocks Everyone at first character achievement (when you unlock Magdalene) including dlc characters if you own it...

Also Adds 99 bombs keys and coins to each person..
