This little consist is based on a lego build a saw on Instagram, i dont think it has any real counterpart...
(well not one i've found)

3 - crane elbow down
4 - crane elbow up
5 - crane extension
6 - crane retraction
7 - Headlights
8 - warning beacons
9 - Horn
W - Forwards
S - Backwards
A/D - Crane rotation
