Dev Note:
This patch rebalances early-game flow and late-game scaling. Humans get cheaper, tougher core units but slower engages. Orcs shift to faster, cheaper archers and harder-hitting grunts, with tanks scaling better into upgrades. Goal = more active early skirmishes and clearer late-game roles, while preventing spam abuse.
