All descriptions were written as neutrally as possible, so they can also be used in other countries

Situations were placed in the prereqs file, so the game balance is not disturbed if someone wants to play another country

Once again, the frequency of some events was improved and adjusted so that they occur rationally and, as much as possible, without repetition
