Description
Features:
  • 1 Universal Voice
  • Support for LW/LWOTC secondary weapons and skills, akimbo class.
  • Adjust the volume of the voice lines in XComVolumeConfig.ini (BASE 2.0)
  • Cooked so small file size.

Requirements:
Voice patcher is a soft requirement. Technically it's not needed but the voice pack supports a lot of events that are added by it and it also adds new events on top of that. There is no reason not to use it.
