i tried it in arena mode competitive and sandbox and it only works if you get a spear thrown at you by a scavenger, and also it just dims down the lighting and doesnt even show the image of broken heart next to a slugcat

for some reason in this mod it made the sfx to zero when i died for the first time, is this a bug?
