it works fine for me too. try uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, sometimes updates don't get pushed properly

Dude, I don't know how you check, but the economic base is still broken, but I'll wait for a fix.

I have a proposal to make it so that all the conditions remain only for the AI, and the player does not have any conditions, if you are interested, here

this mod breaks the law on economic development at the very bottom
I suggest returning the conditions for them, more
