Original scenario by MaxRiga. Remastered by HHFSS97. Original scenario meant to be balanced, while my modification meant for realism (not that much but still)

v0.1:
- Changed unit rosters for (almost) all nations
- Changed units location around to world to fit the time setting
- Added/Replaced some nations (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco are now city-states, Finland, Balkans etc are new city-states)
- Added new citites for some nations (No more empty Iceland and Greenland)
- Modified some territories to fit the setting of 1961
