Removes restrictions placed on Faction Ideologies — 1.6 fork

Have you grown tired of factions like Outlanders, Pirates or The Empire being limited to only a few select memes and precepts? This mod lifts all those restrictions, allowing you to go real crazy with those.

Remember that there will be NO restrictions — you should check if the randomly generated faction memes fit your needs and customize accordingly.

if this mod removed the limitation on fluid ideoligions only being capable of choosing simple ideologies in the beginning it would be a god sent
