A Simple port for the original mod from M16 to Hunting Rifle.

Changes :
Made a new Item inspect animation by combining the old ( Item Extend , Loop and Retract ) Into a single animation and used it into the Loop animation, as well as fixing a weird bug on extend anims that only happen on hunting rifles
