And iirc, that lawsuit concerning it got thrown out, with the caveat that AI art can't be copyrighted. And in this case, they're also not being used for profit. Ultimately, if you put your art out there for all to see, people are free to learn from it and imitate it as they see fit, just as if it were another person copying you by hand. Some people might see AI doing it as unethical, and that is certainly their prerogative, but it is clearly not illegal, even if you dislike it.
2. Simply avoid the mod if u're not a fan of AI stuff.
