More Regional Men-at-Arms

OVERVIEW
This mod introduces unique men-at-arms for specific regions. To recruit them, you must either be personally present in the required region or belong to a culture native to it. Except the Late Roman armies, none of them are tied to innovations or traditions, instead they are tied to their cultures. Local rulers will always tend to recruit them. Complete list of added MaAs can be seen in the pinned discussion.

All of the men-at-arms feature unique, AI-generated illustrations based on the vanilla art style. I'm currently planning to add at least two men-at-arms per region: one available from the start and another from the 12th century, but of course it will take time. The stats for all units are balanced against their vanilla counterparts, but if you find a unit to be underpowered or overpowered, please leave a comment.

- Europe
- Africa

Included Spanish localization, thanks to @Karanir

COMPATIBILITY
This mod overwrites no files, so this mod should be compatible with everything, even with mods that overwrite vanilla MaAs, such as Cultural Armies II.

Loving the mod currently, adds some real depth to the game. I know you are currently working on the middle eastern MaAs but I believe it would be nice if you could expand the balkan MaAs. For example the Albanian and south slavic cultures, due to the fact that the greek MaAs far outshine the rest.

@mloom if generative AI art was theft, it'd have been made illegal. It's about as much theft as someone learning from and imitating another person's art. The reason many artists reset AI art generation is that they believe a mechanism should be in place for them to give consent for an AI to learn from them.

And iirc, that lawsuit concerning it got thrown out, with the caveat that AI art can't be copyrighted. And in this case, they're also not being used for profit. Ultimately, if you put your art out there for all to see, people are free to learn from it and imitate it as they see fit, just as if it were another person copying you by hand. Some people might see AI doing it as unethical, and that is certainly their prerogative, but it is clearly not illegal, even if you dislike it.

1. this is a NON-PROFIT, I don't see the reasons for not using AI art.
2. Simply avoid the mod if u're not a fan of AI stuff.

I kinda agree with @Random (I believe), it would make a lot more sense for these techs to be in the regional section, as that is where the base game puts its culture-specific techs, the two other spots are for techs that everyone can get.
