It fixed itself. I didnt use it for a while, but I turned it back on to test it, and the textures loaded this time. Weird.

Could you make an all black one? You all ready have the model so I figure it wouldn't be to much work. Also for some reason, for a couple of your mods, textures will not load. Including this as well as your marines mod. I get the purple and black checkerboard. Is this because of any texture packs I have installed to make the game look better?

Well again, it's just a idea, I do have idea for the others and what I think. This is your mod so it's your pick if you want to do it or not.
