Earlier Mounted Troops Recruit

Main Function:
Chariots and horsemen can be recruited much earlier. There will be chance to use and fight with mounted troops from the very beginning of the game.

CHANGES:

“military_mounted" buildings(faction units):
NO change for recruitment ，but buildings for mounted units are able to reduce the upkeep of chariots.
Level 1: -10%, Level 2: -20%, Level 3: -30%.

"military_infantry” buildings(faction units):
Buildings for factional infantry units are also able to recruit units from Level 1 “military_mounted" buildings.

Other types of buildings（native units):
Recruitment of mounted units will not be limited by the rank of buildings.
