Character Selection Ring Fix

Description
This is very specific mod! If u do not have this issue do not use it!
This is for people that disabled "Enhanced" folder. For ..reasons.
Once disabled character ring doubles up. This fixes it.

There is invisible ring mod on internet too. But i prefer rings. So this.

mod definitely works by just subscribing.
But it does not work with Gamepad UI!. Its keyboard and mouse only.
Also doesnt work if u enabled Enhanced Edition UI (Which is gamepad UI)

Needs to be turned of if you did.
