日本退台式公寓 JP setback apartment - 1

-- 这次制作的是日本比较常见的受斜线限制而形成楼顶退台的都市公寓楼，参考原型位于神户市中央区的一栋9层的公寓楼，同时我还做了一个变体方便更多应用场景。后续我会偶尔出一些类似的退台式建筑，包括但不限于公寓楼，办公楼等等。

The reference prototype is a 9-story apartment building located in Chuo Ward, Kobe City. Additionally, a variant model has been developed to accommodate more application scenarios. In the future, I will occasionally create more buildings with such setback structures, including but not limited to apartment buildings and office buildings.
