    Orbit Labs framed this program as “humanitarian assistance” — reducing the burden on Keepers and improving quality of life. In truth, these adjustments were another layer of experimentation: studying how minor ergonomic changes affected Keeper focus, stress levels, and combat output.

    Retrospective analysis suggests this program was a calculated step. By normalizing subtle intervention, Orbit Labs made Keepers more receptive to future, invasive trials.
