The Rain Puddles

This mod adds puddling of water when its raining.
This mod adds mud drying when its warm and not raining
This mod does not require to be active. All you need to use it is run it through DFhack
This mod is work in progress

Above ground mud dries after a week of ingame time if not raining (mud underground and under farms remains untouched)

Beware that lower end PCs might struggle due to constant water and mud updates

Mud dries only when its above freezing temperatures. Snow does not randomly disappear longer
Water only spawn when its above freezing temperatures. Water freezing in the sky and collapsing now fixed.
General performance improvements

Removed the objects folder and raw materials for soils.
To mitigate lag and mud creation i significantly decreased amount and size of puddles
and also added mud drying. Mud dries after 7 days of not raining
