This mode erases unnecessary baronies and increases the construction cost of building baronies

I know this would be a pain in the arse but can you name which baronies was deleted or is it too much to name it all?

Unfortunately for some reason this mod clashes with another mod, I am not 100% which one but whenever i have this mod enabled it crashes my game.
