Zeus End Key Returner

A simple mod that brings back an ability for a zeus to destroy and kill any entity in the game by pressing END key.

A couple updates ago BI for some reason made that you cannot end-key a unit or an object if its damage is disabled via allowDamage command, meaning that all my units with custom hp got affected by that. I understand the frustration, since i zeus regularly myself.
So here it is. It is completely client-sided and fully signed.
All my fellow zeuses out there that needed it, enjoy.
