Five Star Frog Splash

The default Impact Frog Splash/original arched something-or-other doesn't really match RVD's crazy slow-mo jumping jack way of doing it, and I've always liked it, so here I've tried to replicate it

Damage matches the default move, except obviously the distance is quite a bit increased (the gif is about the limit). I've also made it do the defender's post-impact animation matches the attacker's in length so it ends at the same time the attacker is fully standing. Should make it easier to pin off of
