Louise(ルイズ) is a demon from Makai, she is the 2rd Boss
from Touhou(東方) Mystic Square.
She was a casual demon, that tryed to get to Gensokyo
for have a vacation.

Thank god she isn't barefoot in this one

Not sure why her original design is like that (her in game sprites (not portraits) from Mystic Square show her not wearing any shoes)
