Lewis Chessmen

Description
This mod adds the famous Lewis Chessmen set pieces as a Trinket artifact in Crusader Kings 3.

It adds:
A new artifact with custom GFX.
- The artifact will always be given to the Player if their capital provice is in Europe.
- If the player's capital is not in Europe it will be given to the holder of The Isles Duchy.
New flavor events relating to the artifact.

I plan on adding some more flavor events to the mod. The idea is to keep these somewhat balanced.
