A library for my mods that include fx animations, formulas, and sounds. Will be necessary for all mods made by me.

If other mods of mine don't load, go to the mods screen in-game and ensure this is above my other mods. It's good practice to just have all "Lib" type mods at the top, with special consideration to any additional instructions by other mod creators for load orders.
