Click subscribe to download the mod. Go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\223470 and find the folder 3564434601 with the gay_club.ogg and OnSilentWings.ogg file, copy to clipboard.
Replace the files of the same names in Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\Music to replace the soundtrack.
It should work when POSTAL2Complete is launched (doesn't have to be in workshop mode)
