slick - created desc (half of it), did suggestions (he did not improved code, n stuff)

Menu Rework Added
Physical cods Added
Fixed physics a bit
made at time when kazarei's birthday is in 4 days (kazarei's birthday 13 september)
added every weights for head, arms n stuff
