RGB (The Property of Hate)

I made RGB as a TV head test.

Issues:
- Unfortunately I made him a fashion islander and an alien (to get antennae) so his dialogue will be a little bit annoying and unreadable.
- There are transparency issues which I think are related to him being created on an earlier version of the game, he may look weird from certain angles.
- I'm not great at the makeup system so he's just kinda ugly in general.
