The old gm construction was demolished according to the Renovation program, but they managed to build only a small part, which has :

Night
Underground utilities
Ventilation
Shopping centre
Metro
Shops
Pond
Lots of other weird places



*it also seemed like a good idea to add plents from cs, so you can play with bimbo here.
