Liquids:
Astral Dew is now 10 mana 5 knowledge (from 10 mana 10 knowledge)
Archon Blood is now 15 mana (from 20 mana)
Tranquility pool is now 10 knowledge (from 20 knowledge)
Cosmoflux Elixer is now 10 mana (from 5 mana 5 knowledge)
Tranquility pool bonus is now -5% instead of -10% research costs
