长沙建筑机械研究所研发，湖北建筑机械厂生产的机械
中国最早的三台自升塔式起重机中的一台，刚开始是为了建造广州白云宾馆为需求而产生的起重机械，后也用于一部分高层建筑的施工需求，但由于上世纪70年代建造绝大多数房屋的高度普遍不高，所以这类塔吊普遍不常见。（直到改开初期高层建筑的需求不断增加，这类自升塔吊才普遍出现在施工现场之中（直到最新的QTZ塔吊诞生之前））

Machinery developed by Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute and produced by Hubei Construction Machinery Factory
One of the earliest three self elevating tower cranes in China was initially used as a lifting machinery for the construction of the Baiyun Hotel in Guangzhou, and later also for the construction needs of some high-rise buildings. However, due to the fact that the height of most buildings built in the 1970s was generally not high, this type of tower crane is generally not common.It was not until the early stages of reform and opening up that the demand for high-rise buildings continued to increase, and this type of self elevating tower crane became common on construction sites (until the latest QTZ tower crane was born)
