Congress Project - World Cup

A mod that adds a new project proposal to the World Congress based on the FIFA World Cup. When passed, Civilizations will have the chance to contribute to the international soccer tournament project. Those who invest heavily will not only compete in the tournament finals themselves, but perhaps host the World Cup, maybe even lift the Jules Rimet trophy itself in triumph!

Bronze Reward (Nation Participated In Tournament Finals) - Empire Culture +100% for 8 turns, +3 Happiness.
Silver Award (Hosted A Tournament) - Empire Tourism +100% for 10 turns, free Stadium in all Cities.
Gold Award/Highest Contributor (Most World Cup Trophy Wins) - +5 Happiness, and the World Cup Wonder appears in the Capital (Stadiums each provide +4 Culture, Empire enters a Golden Age.).

You will at least need the Brave New World expansion in order to play this mod. I highly recommend to have all Civ 5 DLC (including the Gods and Kings and Brave New World expansions) before playing, as it may not work otherwise.
