Generic Portrait for Custom Survivors

Description
Includes a generic portrait for custom HUDs. It provides a placeholder portrait for custom survivors that don’t have one.

Also includes XD001's Generic Incap Pics.

This addon does not work on its own and it requires a compatible HUD, such as Default HUD (Custom Survivors Support)

For Modders
To add support for Custom Survivors on the HUD you're creating or editing, just add the following entries at the bottom.

On the "Head" entry: (localplayerpanel.res and teammatepanel.res files)
"image" "s_panel_unknown"

On the "BackgroundImage": (localplayerpanel_incap.res and teammatepanel_incap.res files)
"image" "s_panel_unknown_incap"
