KT24 table with new ops

Description
This is the update of "KT24 Base table (development)"
Updated tac and crit ops, replaced old Volkus terrain placements with new ones.
I'm not the original author of table, just another person who wants to play KT with new ops. I don't know how table works at itself.
Changed Bheta-Decima to Tomb World map pack and added dice rollers for box haters :p

Is there any way you can update the universal equipment to also include the Krak and Frag ones?

All '24 mission cards left on the table around area of base sizes. You can use them, but '24 tac ops may not work (I haven't checked but it's very likely) with the score table (in particular reveal button)

Yes it is. Fully replaced Crit ops, tac ops, and Volkus placement to last ones.

By updated, does this mean approved ops '24 has been *replaced* by '25? or does it contain both?
