No Reinforcement Zone Icons

In previous titles you knew the general direction of reinforcing armies in battle based on their relative location on the campaign map. In Pharaoh, it's way too easy to take advantage due to visible icons during the deployment phase showing where enemy reinforcements will enter. I also think it's much more realistic to only have a general knowledge of their direction. So I removed them.
