Make Counter more usable.

受到敌人攻击时，反伤效果将给予你一张攻击卡而非直接造成伤害，使其更灵活且能受到其他增益。
When hit by an enemy, Counter buff will give you an attack card instead of dealing damage immediately, making it more flexible and able to be buffed.

与增强反伤的能力牌兼容。
Compatible with ability cards that enhance Counter.
