Wolfs Bane Weapon Script (Full Burst Edition)

Description
A weapon script for the Military Sniper that modifies its stats to be more accurate to the weapon models Nikke equivalent when using Red Hoods burst ability.

Damage 90 --> 450
Magazine Size 30 --> 99
Cycle Time 0.25 --> 0.20 (this increases firing speed)

All other stats have not been changed

This is not a very balanced script and is more for fun
