Adds 2 maps for City Centers with 1 new parcel:
can accommodate VIP extraction, rescue and neutralization missions

Two administrative buildings connected by a skybridge

Known bugs:
Can't drop down from roof to ground floor and from one skylight to first floor staircase

Sometimes Haven Missions can use modded maps. So like WDYM THERE'S A RESISTANCE BASE HIDDEN IN THE COURTHOUSE.

Glad to see the work on map other than the great Eclipzer, great architecture design for a building few elevated one, was wondering what is the level limit of floor would love to see more vertical map
