Description
Not be confused with Mega Mob Incoming sound effect.
A specific soundcue (with many variations) will plays when common infected mob was spawned.
This addon replaces these songs with Bain quotes (mostly) about starting assault from PAYDAY 2.

I guess it'd be a far reach, but could you do similar mod but instead of Bain it's Locke? Bain hits hard but Locke has something to him that makes me like him a bit more.

Oh, and if you are really insane enough, maybe Shade from Payday 3? Although probably no one would use her rendition, unlike Locke who definitely has some fans.

@Yi Xuan go "Left 4 Dead 2/update" directory, find and open "pak01_dir.vpk" (you should have GCFScape installed) > in vpk file find "scripts" and extract all "game_sounds_music" files.
Then, "CTRL+F", insert "germ" to find "Event.MobSignal" and manually modify the "volume" key in every mob signal and in every txt files.

I guess there's no script since I barely found anything on the workshop (mostly it's pre-TLS), so which txt file(s) I need to modify?

I see, gonna try to find if there's a script for that on the workshop or not, thanks. Although I still really like this mod, makes my L4D2 recordings more chaotic hehe.

@Yi Xuan It is already louded, the only way to increase sound without making the addon into "bassboosted version" is to modify script files (aka in the game set all germ sounds quietly, but in files the sounds are loud)

It's awesome, more action for L4D2. Although I kinda wish there was a louder version since it's a bit quiet and my weapons are really loud

No, it only replaces the sound cues (AKA germs). The mega mob sound is left unchanged.
so it replaces both the megamob alert and those sound cues when a random horde spawns?
