More Idea Slots+ (Anbennar Fix)

As the mod author is unresponsive, I decided to upload a fixed version. The fix required just a single line to be added to one file.

Simply put, this mod allows you to have 12 idea groups instead of the vanilla 8. It is designed to work with Anbennar. Should also work on public fork. It does not change vanilla ideas aside their cost.
