Mossberries are early quest pickups for the Berry Picking wish. You pluck them off vines or from glow-mouthed bugs, then hand three to the Moss Druid to clear the task and claim a beginner-friendly crest. The Druid hangs out in Mosshome around Bone Bottom. Finish the turn-in, get the Druid’s Eye crest, which lets you generate Silk from the green elixir that spills when you’re hit.

From the lower left of Grotto, ride the stacked platforms and hop to the upper right ledge of the room. The berry is sitting in plain view. Short, clean pickup.

On your way up through central Grotto you’ll see a Mossberry that’s just out of normal reach. Pogo off a nearby enemy with a downward strike to touch and collect it. Don’t overthink the angle.

Exit the Druid’s lab, drop a level, then press through the right wall to reveal a tucked-away room. A bug with a shining green mouth spawns there. Defeat it to make the berry drop. Looks secret, isn’t hard.

Push to the far west of Bone Bottom and activate the lift that links back toward the chapel. Under the platforms by the lift is another glow-mouth bug. Kill it for a fourth Mossberry you can turn in.
