VJ Base Popup Remover

Description
Removes VJ Base's screen popup, chat printing and console printing telling you to download it.
Many, many people have asked VJ to remove it. This removes it.

Download VJ Base, or don't. I wont force you.

Ok, this isn't VJ's fault for people trying to use mods that REQUIRE his base to work properly, that popup is there for that specific reason if you're genuinely this upset about being told "hey you're missing a vital component" when downloading anything related to VJ or the base, that's on you and you alone.
